  Love this shop! Good selection for such a small shop. The staff are always welcoming and honest re actual size needs. It is not the cheapest but most definitely not the most expensive and great value for money.

  Firstly.... the shop does not ever seem open as they seem understaffed or don't care about there business. When i asked to purchase a bra the lady serving very rudely suggested that i was a size much larger than i am which upset me at the time (some people)!!! Lastly.... the bra which i brought tore in two places and was not given a full refund, this would not have happened if the lady had given me the right size.

  In response to the review from Shelly- firstly I'm sorry you feel this way. My name is Karen Forbes & I own The Little Big Bra Shop and I can assure you that I am very passionate about my business. We are open 5 days a week from 9.30am until 5pm, and 6 days throughout December. As with any independent retailer in Market Harborough we pride ourselves on the service we offer and sometimes there can be a wait to be fitted as we give all our customers the same amount of quality time. Staffing will vary throughout the week as it is hard to foresee how busy each day will be. We offer a personal fitting service which will always start with a discussion regarding which size you currently wear as statistically 80% of women are wearing a size too small. I am confident that myself or my staff would not have been rude in any way and am sorry if you took offence to this type of discussion. We are an award nominated business based on personal service and have many happy customers old and new. As with any purchase it is ultimately the consumer choice and if you felt unhappy with the size that we advised then you would not have been under obligation to buy. We rarely have any faulty returns but as this is manufacturing then sometimes things can go wrong- in these instances customers are always offered a full refund or exchange if the item is indeed deemed faulty by the manufacturer as per consumer rights.
