- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆2017-10-13, by Barbara KayeWent into this shop on Saturday hoping to buy a piece of jewellery as a present for my sister. I was the only customer in the shop yet wasn't greeted on arrival. There were 3 members of staff, a woman and 2 men and not one came to help or acknowledged me as I stood waiting by the jewellery display. Very poor customer service. I certainly won't be going back. On a happy note I bought my sister a llovely present in a nearby shop where politness, helpfulness and return custom matter. Country Crafts you lost out on a £ 85 sale. Serves you right!!
